Tara Kimbrell Cole
The facilitator, Tara Kimbrell Cole has been coaching women executives in the world's leading corporations including Microsoft, DuPont, BHP Billiton and Standard Chartered Bank for the last 14 years. Her 2016 master's degree research and thesis were on Influences Impacting Women Leaders' Decisions to Take Top Leadership Roles.
Tara has also been speaking about women at the Global Summit of Women (Davos for women), the ASEAN Women's Summit and The International Alliance for Women's Annual Forum. She is the author of a seminal white paper on "Driving the Impact of Diversity on Share Value" (©2003); that was an early catalyst in the movement to recognise the value of women executives and for the research to support it.
Following a successful career as a chief executive, serial financial services innovator and international entrepreneur, founding companies helmed by the late Ambassador Evan G. Galbraith, former United States Department of Defense advisor to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and the late Mr. Rodney D. Galpin, former chairman & CEO of Standard Chartered Bank and executive director of the Bank of England. Tara broadened that expertise with extensive education in organizational learning, human development, leadership and Asian philosophies. She has been living in ASEAN for 28 years, 24 of which have been in Singapore.
